At ChicStep, we gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
All returns must be shipped back within 7 days after your return label has been issued.
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable and the return process fee will be deducted from your refund.

Do not send items back through other methods or without obtaining a return authorization, as your package may be returned back to you.

ChicStep offers a refund guarantee against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you believe the merchandise is defective and was purchased on chicsstep.com, please contact us through the return center on our website.

Merchandise purchased from other retailers — including department stores or third-party sellers — must be returned to the original place of purchase and is subject to their return policy.
